Localities included are City of Hampton, Isle of Wight County, James City County, King George County, Lancaster County, Mathews County, Middlesex County, City of Portsmouth, Prince William County, Richmond County, City of Suffolk, Surry County, Westmoreland County, City of Virginia Beach, Accomack County, Gloucester County, City of Newport News, City of Norfolk, City of Poquoson, Northampton County, York County, Northumberland County and Fairfax County.
